Canada Over the Edge Yorke Island on Museum Youtube

Hardwicke Transportation’s Sealander at Yorke Island

Last year I had the pleasure of working with the crew from Arcadia Entertainment to film two historical segments for the amazing series, Canada Over the Edge.  I went with the crew to Yorke Island, where we explored the remnants of the World War II Fort that was built there in 1937.  The crew also filmed Museum at Campbell River volunteer Danny Brown discussing the story of marine hazard Ripple Rock.

Both videos can be viewed here on the Museum at Campbell River website. http://crmuseum.ca/current-media

The entire series of Canada Over the Edge West has been playing on the eqhd channel for several months, and it is anticipated that it should appear on the Knowledge Network in the very near future.
